Mardy Juniors enjoys a strong link with Beaupreau, Abergavenny's twin town in France, with reciprocal visits on a 2 year home and away cycle. FC Beaupreau are due to visit in 2007, at Whitsuntide. Check out their website!
Teams also organise their own visits to tournaments.
The 2006/7 U18s took part in the Paris Cup in 2000, and came away with the Fair Play Trophy. More recently the same team won the Plate Trophy at the 2006 Amsterdam Easter Festival.
Nigel Casson took teams on epic coach journeys to Hungary for many years.
