Mardy under elevens travelled to Raglan on the weekend to play in the Raglan Football tournament.
With only one side entered we had a mixture of Reds and Blacks in the squad.
It was going to be exciting and challenging day to get through the matches.
We started the first match with a lot of determination and some good football and it wasn't long before we scored, and two more to follow ending in a 3-0 win.
The next match was a bit tighter but went our way 1-0.
The lads started the third match as they finished the last and finished up 4-0 winners.
With one game left to play we had a good team talk and everyone got themselves focussed on the job in hand and they went out and did themselves proud with another win 2-0.
